Alexandra Rosenfeld was born November 23, 1986 at Béziers, Hérault. President of the jury was Laeticia Hallyday, wife of Johnny Hallyday, the latter being also a member of the jury. She succeeded Cindy Fabre to become the 77th Miss France. She represents France in the election of Miss Universe on 23 July 2006.. Representing the region of Languedoc, she succeeded Cindy Fabre as the 52nd Miss France on December 3, 2005. Alexandra has blonde hair and brown eyes and is 1.73 meters tall. She lives in Saint-Thibéry and studies tourism in Pézenas.

On February 2006, Rosenfeld, who is Jewish, took part in a French demonstration against anti-Semitism and racism following the brutal murder of a young Jewish phone salesman Ilan Halimi in Paris. She was crowned Miss Europe 2006 on October 27 in Kiev, Ukraine. She was also elected Miss France in 2006. Representing the region of Languedoc, she succeeded Cindy Fabre as the 52nd Miss France on December 3, 2005.

Rosenfeld is of Spanish/Hungarian descent and practices athletics since the age of 10 at the athletics club of Pézenas. Rosenfeld married Italian rugby player Sergio Parisse on 5 July 2010 at Saint-Thibery. The couple's first child, a daughter named Ava, was born on 23 August 2010 in Béziers.
